Best price and easy process. They always had an employee on the chat function and was able to help me when I needed assistance. The questions are straight forward and the videos show the most important info. It’s about as good as it gets when it comes to osha video training.

Liars with no proof
Hello, I enrolled in this class for the $129. Passed the course with 90 percent and in 32 hrs. They say they mailed my card to my address and i never received the card. I called for a replacement and was told it would cost me an additional $89. for a piece of paper.
Seems that others have experienced this same issue.
Customer service at this company is terrible.

Do not do any courses with this company they are a third party and will not refund your money.I have screenshots of a course that was ordered and canceled within 10 minutes and they refused to send me back my money. My supervisor informed me that I no longer needed the class and try to obtain the refund within minutes and they refuse to send it. This company is a complete scam. Indian based company not in USA.

The course was very good. Very informative and easy to follow along. It makes you manually advance sections, there is no auto pilot, so you get something out of the course. Frequent interactive quizzes. Highly recommend!

Good product. Farhan is a Godsend
Overall the OSHA Outreach course is a positive experience. Beginning with the purchase process, our representative, Farhan Siraj, is a fantastic resource who is knowledgeable, very very responsive and always a pleasure to work with. Students interact well with the content and the platform works well. The one exception would be tech support and the compatibility with iPad/ IOS devices. Issues with interoperability with iPads that are brought to OSHA outreach support are met with the response "It's not compatible with IOS/iPads. BUT Farhan once again wins the day by personally working with each student to get their issue resolved and the course working on their iPad, even though support says it's not possible.
