I am truly astonished by the poor service the company provides. ( ok-Living) I bought a Charlotte vanity table, and a little under a year later, the rail on the drawer fell off and cannot be reattached.
They can’t provide me with a new rail so I can fix it myself, but they’re willing to give me 150 kroner so I can search the internet myself to see if there’s one that might fit… but can’t find them anywhere:(

We ordered a changing table for our baby but only received a part of the order!! There are a lot of missing pieces so obviously we cant assemble it
Should have seen the bad comments before ordering ..

Operating also on Amazon marketplace. Bunch of con artists. Appallingly bad customer service and zero chance of getting a refund for their scandalously bad products. Awful from all points of view

I really can't understand all that bad reviews. We ordered many things from Oskar store:
1) Kitchen Weiß Hochglanz R Linie. Firstly as everyone we were afraid to order a kitchen from this shop. The delivery was not good, but this is the problem of DB Schenker. The seller did the best to pack and make it delivered on time. The kitchen for this price is the best we could ever had. The assembly was very easy with all instructions inside. Furthermore, all accessories (screws and etc) were packed separately in a box for each cupboard.
2) Schreibtisch (One part of the parcel was lost by DPD, but the seller answered my email and sent it again very fast). The table is really good quality and very comfortable.
3) Bathroom mirror. Despite unsatisfied reviews I found it very nice and deep enough.
4) Garderobe. Also very good quality.
5) Couchtisch. Easy to assemble and beautiful.
Everything was packed in a very good way. The delivery was very fast.
I do really thank Oskar Store for the goods and excellent service.

The whole experience was below 0. The package should consist of two boxes: Box part 1 and box part 2. And guess what? I got two times the box part 2. I have contacted the customer service and they told me to fill in a form to tell what are the missing parts so they send them in 15 days. Well I don't know what is there in the other box! So I returned the double two boxes and ordered another set. Maybe I have luck this time? Well not exactly. The handbook (Anleitung) have probably not been read from any employee of the manufacturer. There are listed screws which are not there in the package, there are screws in the package which are not listed in the handbook and so on. Also a lot of the steps mentioned in the handbook are not clear or are not applicable so you have to make other choices and be creative (luckily I am). Many screws are not compatible with the other parts of the package so I had to use my own collection of screws. It seems that nobody in the company has ever tried to build those parts together. They simply do not fit with each other. So the conclusion is: Never again from seller Oskar.
