Office Specialties Ltd is a family run business, we have been cutting and supplying keys for over 40 years and have built up a vast knowledge in specialised key cutting and locks. Our customers range from private customers who simply require spare keys for desks or cabinets to worldwide facilities management companies managing large corporate sites throughout the country, often with complex security needs. If we can't cut a key we will do our utmost to source it for you. We are also the prime supplier for recycled office furniture manufacturers and suppliers, major financial institutions in the UK, government bodies, schools, hospitals and other locksmiths.

I was looking for a key

I was looking for a key, for a piece of furniture, with only the number to go on, I tracked down OS Keys, they made a copy at a great price, and it fits a treat.

No communication

I ordered a key on 20.3.26. I got the confirmation but never received the key. I emailed and got no reply so I messaged through messenger twice but just got automated message back and still waiting for the reply. I so hate when the communications from companies is none existent and all you want is answers to what’s happened to your order. Very disappointing.
Since posting this review, Stuart from os keys got straight in contact with me and managed to sort this out. I have now received my order and is working perfectly. Just wished it had not taken me to post a review on trustpilot for it to be sorted. I would like to say thank you to Stuart you were great.

Highly recommend O S Keys

I had lost the key to an old cash box and it was locked. I searched everywhere to find a replacement and had almost given up when I found O S Keys who were able to help. I ordered the key and it was delivered within a few days. I was absolutely delighted when I was able to open it after more than 15 years. I cannot thank O S Keys enough.😊

I bought a key for an old Boxford lathe.

I needed a key for an old lathe that I bought. There was a code on the back of the lock so I searched for a replacement key. I found one from Office Specialities on eBay.
The price was reasonable and it arrived by post in a few days. The key was just as expected and worked perfectly.

Quick response Correct Recommendation

I emailed them to enquire about the correct key based on a photo of the drawer lock. Their recommendation was spot on. It fits correctly and we could finally open the drawer after 20 years. Their response time was fast and friendly. Thanks.
