Your order has been shipped from our warehouse. After contacting UPS, we were informed that the shipment is currently on hold because the package is missing some address information required for delivery.
UPS probably tried to contact you regarding the delivery, but it may be that the phone number or email provided with the order is incorrect, which could be why they were unable to reach you.
We have also tried calling you so we could quickly confirm the correct details, but unfortunately we weren’t able to get through. We will also send you an email with this information.
Please feel free to contact us at webshop@osterlandsk.dk so we can confirm your delivery details and update them with UPS as soon as possible.

Best coffee
A friend of mine brought some osterlandsk coffee back from his trip to Denmark.
From the day that I drank this coffee the first time, no other coffee came close.

A huge disappointment
For a store that has existed since 1889, i.e., for 136 years, it is, to say the least, very unsatisfactory to be out of stock of products for months on end. They have had 136 years to establish stable suppliers around the world! Yet, it seems they have not deemed it worthwhile to have more than one supplier in case of shortages. I am extremely disappointed, especially because they appear not to grasp this issue when it is pointed out to them. Clearly, there is also a shortage of intellectual or cognitive capacity.

It all started with trying one tea my partner brought from his recent trip to Copenhagen as a gift. All family members fell in love with it. So I went to internet to check if we can get more tea like that and when I found that we can I was very happy and made the order. Tea arrived very fast, packed very good and we loved all the new tastes we ordered. Great experience overall!
