Trustpilot is not neutral company, how they say about themself. They support bad reviews from customers and remove good reviews. About Trustpilot customer care it's waste of the time to say anything. Memoreble vaccation and honeymoon in Maldives

Travel agency other way holiday is a very professional team of experts. They have done our holiday and honeymoon in Maldives memorable. It was the best vaccation in our life. Thank you very much for everyting Lucy and OWH Team. Our next vaccation in Maldives is only with you!

Extremely poor customer care skills

Extremely poor customer care skills. The general manager is arrogant. Example from the answer email. I asked for a holiday rates for next year:

"I am sorry, but it’s not my problem, that you are Gmail user and that Gmail mark almost all other domains than gmail as spam. First Check your spam box and after urge please."

This company is on extremely poor level. Be carefully.

I asked for any answer for my email in this form;

Can I get any answer???

and this was an arrogant form from a customer for the ovner and as she answered that is why she was arrogant with me too, because I was the first...

"With arogant e-mail you came first. I replied to you very nicely on first e-mail but it was not my mistake you didn’t recived it. You send me arogant e-mail first and I just answered, that it’s not my problem, that my e-mail fall to the spam box. And it’s seriously not my problem."

Could you please delete my original email from your answer. There are a lot personal information about me and I did not approve to you to use it in any public forum.

Well, this is the truth, what really happend:

Dr. Norbert Szűcs sent us an e-mail to info@otherwayholiday.com on 8th May 2019 at 16:30 hrs. with request to stay at our guest house, which is not open yet. I have sen’t him an reply on 8th May 2019 at 16:41 hrs., almost imadiatelly from company e-mail lucie@otherwayholiday.com.

Important note: Dr. Norbert using Gmail, which mark almost all domains as spam and e-mails fall to spam box.

First e-mail from Dr. Norbert Szűcs:
„Dear Atholhu Rrsidence, we are planning our Holiday for next year. We found your lovely Hotel. It's lis really amazing, a little treasure in the Paradise. We were already twice in Maldives but now we would like to go back with our little son. Is your Hotel available for guestes with child too? Our son will be 3 years old when we will go for this holiday. Could you please calculate a price for next year March - 7 nights - for 3 guest and full board meal catering? I know May 2020 is far but if you can iform us about the approximate price in can be a big help to us to create a holiday plan. Thank you for your asvwer. Best regards, Dr Norbert Szucs“

„Dear Dr. Norbert, thank you very much for your request and an interest to stay with us at our little paradise. We don’t know yet date of the opening or Atholhu Residence. It should be in the end of this year but not 100% sure. It’s difficult to build something in Maldives. We will be having children restrictions as well, coz we will have pool. Anyways, if you would like to offer another place, we can. We have travel agency and we are tour operator as well and we can book for you another nice hotels or islands at inhabited local islands or resorts in Maldives. All depend on your budget. Have a great day Lucie Mohelnikova (General Manager | Sales & Marketing)“

There was not any feedback from Dr. Norbert until late night on 14th Mary 2019, when he sent me an e-mail to info@otherwayholday.com without greetings, which I have seen a bit arrogant and rude.

„Can I get any answer????“

On my mind came, he is angry, because my reply fall to his Gmail spam box and he didn't seen it, so I decided to answer from Gmail, which is really not professional. We use company e-mails. I also resent my e-mail from 8th May 2019, my first reply.

„Dear Norbert, I have sent you reply the same day, you sent request. We are very responssible company. I will forvard it and your poor skills and arrogant style to tripadvisor, booking and trustpilot too I am sure they are interesting for it. Congrat and well done. As you said check your skill and after urge please. Oh and I checked now that you are a general manager oh my God... You are a joke. Do not replay back thank you, Dr Norbert Szucs“

„Dear Norbert, thank you very much for your answer. Well, I did my work well. The problem is Gmail, not me. We are on the market many years and we have 100% costumers feedback and many repeaters. If we will not be responsible comapany, people will not travel with us and we will not be recieving many proposals from media for cooperation. I am general manager and owner of the company and guest house and I do my work well. Please, blame Gmail, not me. We are not open yet and it’s mean, we are not listed anywhere for our guest house. With arogant e-mail you came first. I replied to you very nicely on first e-mail but it was not my mistake you didn’t recived it. The answer from Dr. Norbert was this review at Trustpilot, which is new for us and we didn’t know it until today. After I recived e-mail from Trustpilot I went to check what is going on. Made an account and start to write this respond for Dr. Norbert not irrelevant review.

Dr. Norbert sent more e-mails but I think it's not needfull to publish more...

What I will say for all this e-mail is: It is really not my problem, that Gmail mark almost every e-mail as spam. I have done my work well. I tried to explain it to Dr. Norbert, which took my respond about Gmail bit personal. I am from Czech Republic and as you can see, my english is not so perfect and correct as should be. Our customers are usually from Czech Republic and Slovakia and the language with other nationality can be sometimes problem. My answer about Gmail maybe can see some poeple as unprofessional and arogant but I don’t see there anything bad. I just said what is truth and right now fight for my rights becasue I haven’t done anything bad and all this came because of Gmail.
