Disappointing experience

My first time ordering from OWC. Ordered a kit to upgrade my iMac as well as memory. I chose/paid shipping by air to expedite the process. It has been more than 5 days and my order hasn’t even been processed. I have communicated with OWC customer service twice and still no update on status/shipping. Online tracking isn’t working. Very disappointed as I need to have my iMac up and running again for a contract. I didn’t expect the order would take so long to process. This is a Canadian order.

Purchased a 2TB SSD and did not even…

Purchased a 2TB SSD and did not even last a year. The sad part is that they don’t even know why it failed, they just said that it is a bad drive. They then sent me a replacement of exactly the same SSD. I will not risk my hardware locked licenses again of course. STAY AWAY from this company!

Excellent service

Very good information on the website, including very thorough installation videos and instructions. Great shipping time, ordered on Black Friday, received the items on Tuesday to Sydney Australia. Great post-sale support, courteous and patient in helping to diagnose a potential issue.
