Maybe you shouldn't hire ignorant people to be your service advisors. I was called in the middle of my service to be told that it's going to cost an extra $80 because of the transmission type. The only problem is my car only comes with one transmission type. How did they not know this? Caused me to get angry for no reason when they should have just known and been upfront about it. This is either dishonesty or plain ignorance. I did end up paying the original agreed price but only because I got upset. A lot of people would just pay and not stand up for themselves.

Ottawa Honda Pre-Owned sold me a vehicle with an illegal safety. I took the vehicle to two other repair garages who advised it never should have passed due to major issues. After a lot of back and forth Ottawa Honda finally agreed to fix the issues (except for the cheap Chinese made tires they put on the car). Not trustworthy and they will lie to your face. Avoid this dealership if you value your safety on the road.
