I will forever purchase my designer…
I will forever purchase my designer sunglasses from this company. The order process and shipping time were seamless and fast and my sunglasses arrived in perfect condition. In the past, I have purchased sunglasses from high end department stores which had to be returned because of damage and poor quality control but have never experienced this issue with Otticanet. They sent me damaged glasses and then said they asked for pictures to assess and I did and they just stopped responding to me! Horrible product and even worse customer service. At least respond to me. Scam!!!

Not sure on the provenance of items
I bought a pair of LGR Reunion glasses from this website, expressed my concerns about the legitimacy of them and was pretty much dismissed by the customer service team. They couldn’t prove that they were genuine but wouldn’t accept postage for them to be returned either. I wouldn’t use them again

You received your glasses in December and after that you asked us to return them. We authorized your return, sending you a return label but then you preferred to keep them.
You informed us that the LGR logo was missing in the arm. We verified it with the manufacturer and they confirmed that the previous version of that model had not the LGR logo on the right arm.
Recently they changed the version, but the production process for the version with the LGR logo on the arm has yet to star yet.
This is why they sent us the previous version.
We guarantee that all the glasses we sell are authentic and brand new, as they all come from the official manufacturers only.
In order to compensate for the inconvenience, we offered you a partial refund and you accepted it.
We thought this misunderstanding had been resolved.

The shipping was super super fast and fed ex did a wonderful job delivering, I literally got the product 3 days within shipping, however when I opened up the package, immediately to my dismay the color of the glasses is not what I pictured, so I am requesting a return and waiting for them to respond with a return mailer.

This Italian Store is 100% Authentic and Legitimate. I had a very bad experience with an American store and in the past some other online sunglasses stores. I hesitantly gave this one a go last month and I will be getting all my designer glasses from here in future.
Firstly their prices are very competitive. It may not be the absolute cheapest but it is close to it. I found another store that was cheaper but still opted to buy it from this store because the other store had virtually no customer service and you don't want to buy from those stores.
Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I want to especially praise and say thanks to Arianna who looked after my needs.
I first bought a pair of very competitively priced Gucci sunglasses. It was on backorder but everything happened efficiently and they were able to get it from the supplier in a week and then it was shipped via FedEx extremely quickly and got to me in super speed. The glasses was brand new and 100% authentic.
I was disappointed that the supplier no longer provided the Gucci velvet hard cases that I used to get with my Guccis, and I asked Arianna how I could get those cases. She worked so hard and efficiently to source some cases for me and she went above and beyond. I have ordered a second pair of Gucci sunglasses and she has promised to provide and ship 2 velvet cases for me - EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
This store keeps you updated all the way.

I have waited for 3 weeks to drop my…
I have waited for 3 weeks to drop my review , I have ordered a pair of sunglasses here which I never received . I was told customs had my parcel , I waited and reached out when I was travelling , asked them to re route when it’s eventually released to me but they declined . We agreed to have the parcel returned back to them whenever customs released and I get my refund . It’s been a week after they confirmed returning to them and I was asked to wait for my refund. I get an email today saying the parcel was delivered ,to who ? After we communicated two weeks ago .
Kindly refund my $379.95 , I haven’t received nothing and I was clear about my trip .
