I ordered a helmet in August 2025, valued at €350, and I still have not received it. I have tried contacting you on multiple occasions but have had no response.

My experience with this store was negative primarily due to the way communication was handled. After my purchase, I reached out with some questions, expecting a helpful and customer-friendly response. Instead, I received a message that felt pressuring and threatening in tone.

This kind of approach did not inspire trust or leave a positive impression. As a customer, I would expect calm, professional, and supportive communication when questions or concerns arise—not pressure or references to legal action.

I am unfortunately not satisfied with my purchase and this review reflects my personal experience and interpretation of the communication.

This store offers a huge range of items at an affordable price. My order came perfectly packed. I am a returning customer and will definitely purchase from this store again. They are really professional. Highly recommend!

The frames have now arrived in perfect condition and appear genuine. Product quality is good, although the earlier delays and handling of the situation remain disappointing.

Very poor experience – delays and intimidating responses

I placed an order with a stated dispatch timeframe of 4–6 days. This timeframe was not met, and even after 11 days, I had not received the item.

Despite multiple requests, the company failed to provide clear, verifiable tracking information to confirm that the order had actually been shipped. Responses were inconsistent and did not inspire confidence.

Most concerning was the tone of communication. When I raised a formal complaint and requested a refund, I received a warning suggesting my statements could lead to legal action, rather than a professional attempt to resolve the issue. This felt inappropriate and unnecessarily intimidating.

At no point was a reasonable solution offered, only repeated claims that I should “wait for the courier” without evidence.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when ordering, particularly if something goes wrong, as resolving issues appears to be difficult and unnecessarily confrontational.

Great price, fast delivery

I ordered prescription sunglasses in January and, by the end of March, I still have not received my order.
I have contacted the seller three times to ask about delivery. Each time I was told that the order was being processed and would be shipped “this week” or “next week”, but nothing has happened.
The lack of reliable information and repeated unfulfilled promises have been very disappointing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The sunglasses I chose were the cheapest on this site. They are exactly what I ordered. The shipping was really fast. They even came earlier than it said. They came in an original case and box. I'm really pleased.
