I contacted the company’s support by email to request these documents, but I did not receive any response.
Without these documents, it is really difficult to trust that the product is original.

Unfortunately, the store's courier service sent my orders to an unknown address! The courier delivered to the wrong person! I contacted the store, but they refused to investigate or respond! They told me to contact DPD! But DPD said they'd let the store handle it! They're kicking me around like a football and not solving the problem! I'm a regular customer and didn't expect this kind of treatment!

Terrible company
Terrible company. They will do everything in their power to deny your consumer rights and it's easy for them too, since they operate outside of EU rules and regulations.
Be ready to pay for return postage if anything happens, even if they send you a defective product like they did to me. Refunds will take a month minimum and the customer service is non-existent. Buy at your own risk.

The order was made 16.01.2026., it was mention "the shipment of your order is scheduled between 4-6 business days". After the time communication (3 and more times), I got standard answers (it will be shipped soon), on 15.02.2026. recieve information that the package was lost. At least, I got refund my entire order.
