ordered from Ottocast and was charged a hefty delivery fee. Two weeks later, still no delivery—just vague updates that it “left the port in China.” Customer support refuses to provide a refund and instead tells me to reject the package at the door. Completely unacceptable. I could have ordered the same product on Amazon and had it immediately without the runaround. Terrible customer experience.

This is not compatible with my car. The ad showed it would be compatible with every car. It failed to mention that you must have CarPlay until I purchased the product and it was in the instructions.

Just received my new Ottocast device and I’m surprised how small it actually is. After a quick glance at the instructions, I connected it to my phone, plugged it into my car USB port and hey presto, it works brilliantly!! No delayed reactions and works exactly like stated. Very happy with my purchase, and have already recommended to the rest of my family.

Item arrived in good time. Plugged it in to the car. Within 2 mins all was up and running. No lag, nice and responsive. Recommended.

Will not connect! I cannot get the device to connect with I phone or CarPlay, vehicle stereo system

It was super easy to purchase the Ottocast. There were several options out there for wireless CarPlay adapters but I really liked the form factor of the Ottocast Mini Cube. It was incredibly easy to setup in my 2021 RAM 1500 and it has worked absolutely perfectly. I definitely made the right choice.

Fairly fast shipping, Setup was extremely easy. I like that it’s so small. It’s so nice to be able to cut the cord and be connected. Great value, you will not be disappointed!

The delivery was fast and upon receiving the Ottocast it was very easy to connect to my car and it is seamless. No lagging or waiting forever for CarPlay to start up. 10/10 would recommend m.

Just bought the mini cube build quality is excellent as advertised my only complaint/suggestion is please make one with a usb c so I do not have to use the adapter as means is is not as flush mounted as it could be. Most cars now have the c in preference to the a. Performance is much better than my Carlin. Turn on and in max 5 seconds it is there and so far fingers crossed have experienced no drop outs unlike my previous one.

Fantastic product! The product worked like an absolute dream out of the box, didn't even have to read the instructions. No more cables to worry about when I want to use CarPlay.

Bought the Ottocast Mini Cube 3.0 . Setup is as easy as they say it should be. In use it connects fast. Stable so far.
So tiny it is very unobtrusive. Only Android Auto so far but it works well.

I purchased a mini android auto adapter after checking compatibility on their website.
The adapter connected to the vehicle on first attempt, so far so good.
When I returned to the vehicle the following day, it failed to connect with my phone. Nothing I tried would work, including resetting the adapter and starting from scratch with the set up. It will not reconnect.
I emailed the support team, only to be told to try resetting the adapter and trying again, all of which I'd already done.
I then said that it doesn't work as it should and therefore would like to return it for a full refund.
Surprise surprise, I've not heard anything more from them.
Don't waste your money on this rubbish!

Bought the Ottocast Mini Cube 3.0 for my Škoda Octavia 2019. Ottocast’s website clearly lists “Octavia 2016–2024” as compatible – but the adapter does not fit due to its design.

Support refused responsibility, offered only a 15 € refund or demanded return costs + fee. This is misleading advertising and poor customer service.

Consumers: be cautious with Ottocast’s compatibility claims and return policy!

Took 3 weeks to receive the bluetooth device. The new version works the same as the old version. So I wanted to return as it's not an "upgrade". Took 6 days to get a response via email because that's the only way to process a return. They offered $10 to keep it when I paid $50. And then if I do return they want a $10 restock fee and I pay shipping. No. Also sold at ottocastcarplay.com.

I purchased the Ottocast Mini Cube for my 2022 Chevy Silverado truck. This works flawlessly. Setup took a few minutes and it delivers exactly what they advertise. The shipping to NC took about 10 days so don’t expect Amazon quickness. It was well worth the wait! Thanks for the great product!!

While they claim it works on most cars manufactured in 2016 and later, they only include instructions to find out if your car will work AFTER you purchased the device.

When it doesn't work, they then make returns a tortuous and time consuming process, and charge a 'restocking' fee and you pay the postage.

Basically they do their best to sell devices that won't work, make money on float as they delay the return, then charge you more as they then repackage and start the process over with another customer.

Very close to a scam. Not a company I'd ever to business with again.

The unit works - but not as expected. The marketing will lead you to believe you’ll be able to cast anything in your phone - which is what I needed (4wd tracks via Hema) but it just gives you the same apps that I already had wired. It’s convenient - but not what I thought it could do. It’s ok.

Ordered the new Ottocast Mini 3.0 and it works great! Truly plug and play and connects almost immediately once you’re in your car. Shipment took some time because they come directly from China, but it was less than ten days so not bad. For the price, this is an incredible solution for those of us who want wireless CarPlay.

I bought the Ottocast for my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and it works great with wireless navigation and phone use. Setup was easy and it connects fast. I accidentally bought the Android one, so be careful to choose the right one, now I’ll order the CarPlay version for my iPhone.
