It's not easy to find coastal/farmhouse-style ceiling fans nowadays; I was attracted by the variety of Oukaning's products. In addition, their prices are very competitive. What I don't like is the manual was too simple to well explain each step of installation. Their customer service is quite responsive, though. I will give them five stars if they can improve the quality of the manual and product packaging.
This company has the best customer service. I think I've ever experienced. I ordered a 22 Inch Invisible Ceiling Fan With Light And Remote,Modern LED Flush Mount Low Profile LED Ceiling Fan With Lights and installed it. It was perfect and wonderful. Very stylish for my bedroom ceiling if you didn't know, it was a fan. You just thought it was a very cool attractive light fixture. However I ordered a second fan and the light didn't work, but the fan did when I contacted the company they sent me another one out right away without me having to return the defective one first they said to return it after I was sure I was happy with the new fan. I will return the defective one, but they just wanted to be sure I had a working fan light as soon as possible, this is the best fan light for a bedroom you could have there's no big blades just a very wonderful stylish light fixture where the fan blades are concealed, but boy it works perfect in the bedroom to cool off in the evening. I don't even need to run the air conditioner at night.
Customer service is exceptional. I had questions about an order and someone got back to me right away and was very helpful. They went above and beyond to source my issue and responded back with actionable solutions. Really great follow through.
Original arrived cracked. Emailed and explained the situation, and they sent another. The new one came in great condition.
