Avoid this company. Poor quality T-shirt for which they only offer a partial refund. Sent it back, they claim not to have received it amd I can’t find the postage receipt and they will not refund. Will continue to search for it.

If I could award this company a big fat 0 then I would !! I ordered 2 t shirts that took over 2 months to arrive and when they did I was so disappointed!!... the quality is so poor and by no means warrants the price I paid for them ...they make them look so nice on the website and it’s an absolute con !...I e-mailed them 3 times to ask for a refund and still havent heard anything from them ....the t shirts will be used as rags as that’s all they are fit for !!... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!

I ordered a t shirt which when it (finally) arrived was badly fitting and poorly made. The item was not as described, and does not warrant the price- cheap and nasty. In addition, although supposed to be a 'green' company, the t shirt arrived in two pieces of plastic packaging! Very disappointed, I requested a refund. After having to send a photo of the item, and photo of the proof of postage , and send it back , I heard nothing else and did not get my money back. Avoid.

Although the fabric was of quite good quality, the t-shirts were far too short and the customer service was non-existent. I tried to return my items for 4 months and eventually gave up. The clue should have been that there is no customer service phone number. Shocking. AVOID.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible company to deal with. I bought two T shirts (May 2020) which were very small and after many ignored emails, they said I could return them and they would issue larger sizes. I did this but never received the T shirts back or the promised larger ones and now five months have gone by. Also, letters I sent recorded delivery to their address have been returned to me, and emails unanswered.

Unfortunately not an option to leave a 0 review. In common with other customers below I ordered without looking at reviews, not a mistake I will be repeating when considering placing orders with companies I haven't dealt with before. Apparently they don't respond to negative reviews, but hopefully future customers will look at reviews beforehand and be dissuaded from buying Order placed 1 July. Numerous chasing emails sent. Standard, impersonal replies stating delivery delays. Requested refund yet to materialise. Now going to claim from my credit card company. From what I've now read in other reviews about the quality of their T-shirts I'm relieved I haven't received my order and have to go through the hassle of returning it.

I foolishly ordered a tshirt from this company 3 months ago. It has never arrived. I have sent numerous emails requesting assistance or a refund and each email, although replied to by a very uninterested individual leaves me no closer to getting a refund. Don't go anywhere near this company.

Unfortubately like the other reviews i ordered in 15 july and have received two autonated emails by return saying the same inanimate nonesense about teacking which just states in transit. I will co plain to credit card conpany if the reauested refund does not arrive. DO NOT waste your time and money by ordering anything from here.

I ordered 2 T-shirt’s which took weeks to arrive. The T-shirt’s are just ordinary with a transfer on. Could have made them myself. Material doesn’t look anything like the picture and they are way overpriced for what they are. Can’t see where the ethical bit comes in and can’t read the garment label as it’s not in English. Not even a ladies fit. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered 2 tee shirts believing this was a company with ethical values. They have arrived some 6 weeks later and are both cheap and nasty material with equally cheap transfers on the front. I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. I have asked to return the goods. Now they are asking for photos of what was sent. Luckily I paid by PayPal and have opened a dispute. Do not use this company.

Not even worth one star. Took a month for the t-shirt to arrive. It's made in China, it's a completely different colour and size. This is a bogus company pretending to be planet friendly. The print of a bee is a vinyl transfer! Wish I'd read these reviews before I bought. Can't believe I got sucked in.

I have only ever written one negative review before this. This company should not have any stars in their rating. I ordered three items back in May. Two items showed. I gave it a few weeks to chase the missing item as I knew there would be delays with the post and believed the company was doing the best they could. When I did get in touch to query my delivery, I was told that they were sorry 'if' my items didn't show. I was asked to photograph the items that did arrive. For what purpose? I don't know, but I sent the images in order to get things moving. This was in July. I have since written to the customer services about every two to three weeks and they will not respond. It is now September. I was very much looking forward to receiving this item and believed that this company was trying to do something good.
I am shocked by the unprofessional and careless approach they have taken. They have kept my money (around £30) and will not get back to me. Do not trust this company.

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! I stupidly ordered two items from this company worth £44. When they arrived they were on cheap shoddy material and completely different to the images shown on the website. I’ve been trying to live life more ethically so really loved the idea of these items. When I said I would be returning the items they asked me to send them to a PO address. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent them an email every day to get my money back and still not received it. I’m so sad and upset that I trusted them. More fool me!

Begged husband to get the bee necklace because it was on offer, although this was still way pricier than elsewhere but I wanted it to go to a good cause.
... but it turned up damaged... after emailing them and they responded with a Returns address and a picture... as well as proof of postage. It has now been monthsss and no refund!

I would not recommend. Waited ages For my t shirt to arrive. It came all the way from China! I would not of ordered if I had known. Very disappointed when it finally arrived. Poor quality fabric, with a plastic transfer. I returned the t shirt on 15/8/ 20. Then sent copies of my postal receipt and still waiting for my refund. 4th September. I feel like I have been scammed.

If it had been made clear that the t -shirt was produced in China I would not have bought it. After 4 weeks they said it had been delivered but the tracking they provided indicated it was still in China!

Took a long time for delivery, finally received it after several emails asking for my money back. Very poor quality , the sizing is wrong the small size would fit a size 14 uk and not worth the money it’s too expensive for a cheap T shirt when I can buy in a local market for £4.99 . I would not recommend.

Please avoid using this company, they are a Chinese company taking advantage of people by pretending to care about the planet. The goods are overpriced and of very poor quality. I am ashamed to say that I have been scammed.

I ordered a Let it bee t-shirt as the photo showed a stylish, mustard top with turn-up sleeves and a baggy look. The company also says it gives a % of its profit to chosen charities.
It arrived from China 8 weeks later. It is 100% cotton, but is a bright yellow bog standard t-shirt with no turn-up sleeves, and a tight fit.
Given the incorrect representation of the garment, I'm suspicious about the donations claims.
