By the way I am real and not a bot, I bought a oculas quest 3s and saw online this could be a scam. Obviously freaked out. Please understand this company delivers your product in the time they say - but it’s bought from places like Tokyo and china so the packaging is in Chinese. But other than that the oculas works really well.

Received 17/Jan, what a relief! I ordered 19/Dec, delivery option 6-10 working days - I found out the reviews that it's a SCAM! shame on me that i didn't check before purchase... I'd suggest the seller to be honest as they do on Am***n.com - there are many products with clear info of 3-4 weeks delivery waiting time, people still buy and don't label that seller as scammer. Happy I received the product though. My son's smart watch is working well so far.

The price quoted for my new Sony phone was £300 cheaper than anywhere else, amazing value. It took a few days to arrive because it's sourced and sent from abroad. But that was no issue for me. It's easy to track too because you are given a tracking link which is very informative. The phone arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed with the service.

Be careful I ordered an Apple Watch as a Christmas present, yes they are slightly cheaper but Our Friday wouldn’t even exchange it for a smaller size, I simply only requested an exchange and they were unprepared to help as I was 5 days over my 14 day returns policy at Christmas time. I would recommend paying the little extra and having that reassurance and cover with a more established reputable company. I lost money having to sell the larger watch on eBay and then I’ve reordered the correct size on John Lewis. Terrible customer service not honouring an exchange over Christmas, I didn’t even want any money back as the smaller one is cheaper I was happy to just swap but Our Friday were very unhelpful.
