Recently tried OurRitual with my partner and can confidently say it's genuinely effective.

The cost is significantly lower than traditional therapy while still providing access to licensed professionals with expertise in relationship counseling. The flexibility is remarkable - we can participate in sessions together or connect individually when our schedules conflict (which happens frequently).

What impressed me most was their structured methodology. Rather than endless discussion without tangible outcomes, they provide practical tools and assignments between sessions, ensuring you're actively improving your relationship instead of merely discussing issues once weekly.

Their matching system works well, but I recommend requesting a different therapist if your initial match doesn't feel right. We made this change and our new therapist completely transformed our communication patterns.

The two-week refund period allows for risk-free evaluation, which I found reassuring.

For busy couples seeking relationship improvement, this service offers an ideal balance. It's evidence-based, results-oriented, and reasonably priced compared to alternatives.

In summary: More affordable than relationship dissolution and demonstrably effective. Highly recommended.

OurRitual made couples therapy so much more accessible and affordable for us. The sessions with our expert have been the highlight they really help us communicate better and work through issues without it feeling overwhelming.

I think our therapist was great, but they needed to be more direct in telling us our usual time was not going to work out with them. We started our ritual because of the convenience of being virtual and the late time that was offered. We were honest that that was the only time that was going to work and I just wish this wasn’t the review I was making, but it must be said. It’s unprofessional to not give your customers a heads up on things that must be shared. It is also not okay to schedule sessions for a time that the therapist knows the couple will not be able to attend. I would recommend our therapist and our ritual, but please make sure everyone is honest about if the times will work out with both the couple and therapist.

We were at a point where communication had almost stopped. OurRitual paired us with someone who really understood our dynamic and after just a few sessions we were having conversations we hadn’t had in years. The videos and journaling help in between, but the sessions with the experts are where the real breakthroughs happened for us.

We received 4 different therapists because scheduling, a therapist started their own practice and one shared way too much personal information. For $200 a month, it’s a pretty crappy deal. Especially as working parents. Who schedule and made our sessions every time. Horrible experience.

The curriculum is easily digestible, and I love that there are weekly question prompts that align with the counselor's discussions. This program is different because there are a multitude of factors pulling the content together and the pathways are customizable in content so you can get exactly what you need. The counselor is better than any I've ever had, and is clearly well trained because he has really gotten my partner and I through some extremely difficult conversations that we would not have had before.

There is so much knowledge within OurRitual. The interactive app helps track our journey and gives us things to look forward to.

This program is useful in so many ways. Not only was I connected to an amazing therapist, their Pathway videos and exercises are truly effective.

We have the best counselor we could hope for in Chana. She keeps us focused, fair and moving toward one another. She's not judgmental or pressuring and I don't know if we would have been continuing on this path without her.

We got incredibly lucky being matched with our expert, Salayeh. She has been absolutely wonderful and we’ve learned so much in a short amount of time.

Sessions were not helpful and when it came time to schedule a follow up appointment my provider said she was going on vacation, but would contact me the following week to schedule. She never contacted me. I was never able to get ahold of her again but the company continued to charge me despite never receiving service. This company is absolutely awful and left me feeling like I got scammed.
