I LOVE this boutique. Fabulously run by the lovely girls and owner Sally.. there has been a few occasions now where I have been desperate for something to wear to a big occasion, not only does this boutique offer luxury VACAY essentials but also going out wear 👌🏼 OutDazl has become my go to for any occasion from the beach to the bar!.. I would also like to thank Sally personally today for opening the shop on valentines Sunday especially for me to come and buy a dress for this evening!… thankyou so much truly a 5* service.

I have not received any replies from you regarding my purchase to confirm that I have bought the item or that it is in transit. I have no idea what is happening with my order 😕

I had to isolate during covid and they wouldn’t accept my return which was 11 days late, when they give a month for international orders. It’s very unusual in any case to have a 2 week returns period for UK orders. The clothes were of awful quality, overpriced and poor fitting and the staff were extremely rude and unsympathetic. The staff only conceded refunding me as per the response below after an extensive back and forth via email where I had to point out that legally I’m entitled to a return, but if I hadn’t bothered to look up the law myself they would have continued to refuse. Shocking customer service and an unprincipled company.
