Package delivery a little late but nothing to complain about, Quality product from Cadac packed well.

If i could i wouldn't even give them 1 star. I ordered my items, paid for them and they said it would be 7 days for delivery, after that time i emailed them to ask where my order was only to find out that 1 item was not in stock and that i would have to wait another week for it to arrive with them before they could send out. So i asked if they could send out the other bits and cancel the 1 item that they didn't have as i needed everything as i was going away. Then they sent me a message telling me that everything was out for delivery with yodel. Well i waited 5 days and contacted yodel with the tracking numbers and they had no record of them on there system. I then contacted out door camping telling them what yodel had said and they then blamed yodel, which annoyed me as yodel couldn't find the tracking numbers. Out door camping hadn't sent the order out at.
So please please be careful using this website, i wish i had read the reviews before i used them.

Order arrived in good time , we had shopped around but the price for kettle from your company was Best Buy and no postage to pay . Bargain. Good quality item .

I ordered a cooker should of been here within 10 days. Left in longer they ignored my email. I opened PayPal case and again it took time for responses and then even longer for my refund. The cooker was out of stock and lost in transit . But no one thought to tell me this shambles
