I bought the same socks from a North Face retailer and then ordered 2 more pairs from this company online. The socks they sent me are completely different and don't seam to be the same product.
I complained they sent me an email that i could not read, terrible customer service.
Don't buy from this company.

Was let down by a company at Christmas for the Bugaboot and then found Outdoor Fusion who delivered the product the next day. Great service and product just as described. I am just about to order another pair of the boots for my brother-in-law as he was really impressed with them as well. Will definitely buy from them in the future.

Purchased Camelbak drinking bottles, made an enquiry via email beforehand as wanted to buy a spare drinking straw - they didn't supply it but the response was quick which was appreciated as often experience queries being ignored. My only gripe is that they don't do the spare parts, but it seems hardly anyone does. Bottles received promptly in good order, bought from this store as very competitive prices, service top hole too :o)

Bought a pair of North Face El Rio 11 womens sports sandals as all the sport shops in Edinburgh had sold out of my size. As I am going on holiday in oct and my friend has some I thought they would be ideal. Unfortunately, when they arrived on sat, 7/9/13 I was most disappointed to note that the ankle strap was way too small and would not fasten properly. In one of the sports shops I had tried on a size 6 sandal and whilst too big in the foot length the strap was more than adequate and fitted around my ankle fine. I wouldn't have thought a one size difference would have made all that difference in the length of an ankle strap and believe this to be a manufacturing fault. As it is coming towards the end of the season for sports sandals may be these were the only ones left in my size! Just to add that my daughter tried on this sandal and she has even slimmer feet than me and even she could not fasten the ankle strap properly.
I think I should have the return postage of £6.75 refunded as I firmly believe the sandals were faulty.

Never heard of this company before so didnt have any expectations and service was TOP class. Well recommended.

Lost one of my Merrell Pace Glove shoes on the beach to the strong tides. Searching and searching proved hopeless :-(( Ordered a replacement pair from Outdoor Fusion.
Arrived as promised :-). To to be shared? most definitely :-)))

Fast delivery and amazing price!

Only downside to this service was that I didn't get a confirmation email until the next day. Other than that I got a really good deal and the delivery charge was really cheap.
