Ordered just after the 3pm cutoff time for next day deliver but the item was sent out and still arrived the next day.

Also very thoughtfully packaged with the breakable item well cushioned by the other items

I ordered from OutdoorGear UK Ltd for Christmas. Unfortunately, my goods were damaged a few months later but thankfully were protected with a warranty. So, one quick phone call later, and this fabulous company had organised a free replacement for me with next day delivery. I cannot express my gratitude to them for their kindness, efficiency and good old fashioned honest service. I would recommend to anyone, and they will be first on my list for my next purchase. Bought some camping and hiking equipment. Had an issue with online payment that was resolved really quickly by a 2min phone call. Goods arrived next day, just what I needed at a good price!

Great company, I ordered 2 items and received my order the next day. There was an issue with their payment service which had prevented me from ordering and customer service were brilliant sorting it out for me. I bought a Gregory backpack at a great price and an exped pump bag, am very happy with both items and would definitely order from them again.

I bought some Fjallraven Vidda Pro trousers. OutdoorGear were offering the best price I could find online, and the trousers were delivered very quickly. Perfectly happy with my shopping experience, would use them again.

Purchased a rucksack for hand luggage, so only used 4 times a year, zips started to break just after 1.5 years , wouldn’t buy this make again !!

I was looking for a kanken jacket and found one on this website. I was initially put off by the site as it appeared rather dated and I had been caught out online previously with other companies. However, this was a fantastic site. The jacket was £50 cheaper than elsewhere. Arrived as described, good quality. Delivered within 24 hours with regular updates. Highly recommend this company and will use again.

Pair of keen targhee 111 walking shoes. Ordered on Tuesday after 3 pm, arrived 1.30 pm Thursday. Cheapest on internet, free postage. Excellent service/ experience.

Wanted me to open my social media account to public for a pair of socks as I have pictures of my kids on there and wouldn’t open it up they blocked me because they think a sock competition is more important than child safety

I returned a pair of Hunter Balmoral wellingtons which had split after just six months. They didn't have a replacement pair in stock so offered a full refund. I was disappointed with the boots but can't fault customer services in rectifying the matter so promptly.

Great at selling you stuff at reasonable prices and fast shipping.....
But if you encounter a problem FORGET IT.
You will have no response whatsoever.
I have a faulty tent , no joy with a response/contact with this company.

Amazing customer service. I bought a lovely waterproof, insulated coat a year ago. The zip stopped working and they refunded my money. So friendly and helpful with suggestions and return label. Will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

I was a bit sceptical when I came across this site as I didn’t believe the prices and good displayed were genuine. I decided to give it a go and ordered some Hunter boots. I was impressed with the order process from start to finish and the email communication I received from Outdoor Gear UK. My product arrived on time and as described on the website. It was in a professional original packaging and was more than what I had expected. I have since ordered the socks to go with the boots and there also arrived within 2 days of me ordering, and were also in the original packaging. Outdoor Gear is now my go to place and I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend them and it’s very good value for money and you won’t be disappointed! 5 star from me as that’s the limit, but very well deserved.
