Brilliant price, dispatched after the cut-off time for next day delivery.

Helpful on the phone. Sent the tent I ordered to arrive by the next day. Unfortunately, there was a small flaw in the tent (I don't blame outdoorgear for this) and when I phoned them, they immediately arranged for the courier to come back the next day with a replacement and to collect the damaged one. All round great service and a reasonable price

I ordered a tent & various other items. The e mail confirmation & tracking process was first class & delivery happened exactly as said, next day in a really accurate time slot. I then wanted to return the tent as a friend offered me one for free. The guy on the phone was really friendly & helpful & the return process easy as they picked the tent up. There was one item with a rip in it's carry case, which was replaced without any quibbles & the replacement arrived the next day. My refund for the tent went through Paypal as he'd said within 2 days. Excellent.

Very good service. I was particularly impressed with the delivery tracking, which gave me a 1 hour delivery slot and it arrived on the dot. Good price for an unusual item. On the whole a great service.

I was very impressed with their level of service probably the best camping company I have used thus far . We needed our order by the end of the week for our trip away but there was no need to worry about it getting here in time it arrived within a couple of days with plenty of emails to let us know when it would arrive right down to the hour plus they were the cheapest i could find i cant recommend highly enough fab company

I placed my order online after 2pm but needed next day delivery. I phoned to ask if this was possible and they were already packing my order to be sent out! I had forgotten a couple of things and the staff added them to my parcel and it was all received the next day. Even the delivery driver was really friendly! Excellent service which isn't seen often enough these days.

Product ordered late on a Saturday evening and was received on the Tuesday. You can't say fairer than that. Also really appreciated the fact that you can track your order and find the time to with in a 1 hour slot i.e. 10am to 11am that it will be delivered in. Fantastic.

Great service, was contacted on same day of placing order as there was an issue with my order. Everything was sorted out with order and I received it within 48hours. Had e-mail to confirm day of delivery, chance to track parcel and e-mail to confirm an hour delivery slot.

We were interested in a Vango 450 Airbeam tent but their major (Scottish) retailer said they were not available... supply problems, etc and none with on-line suppliers... and tried to sell us another less suitable tent. However, an on-line check led to Outdoorgear4u who had them available in May so we ordered a tent. Dave rang the next day to clarify that they were due in mid May; did we want to cancel or wait? We waited, were kept well informed and delivery was made as advised on 16th May. We are delighted with the tent and the associated items we bought. The excellent links in the Outdoorgear4u website gave us confidence to buy and I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. Altogether, this was an excellent, no drama example of on-line shopping at its best.

It was quick and easy to order and it was delivered in good time and without any delays. You let us know what was happening at all times and delivered when you said at the time that was said excellent service and would definitely shop on line here again

This was the first time I used this company and will be telling my friends about it too. Ordered some camp chairs, one was out of stock so I got and e-mail and phone call about it asking me whether I want to swap for another option. This was sorted for me, delivery was quick and even the courier seemed friendly!

I ordered a tent and rollmat from the website where both items were shown as in stock. I was contacted the following day to say that unfortunately the tent was out of stock but they were expecting some in soon. As I was due to be using it in the near future I contacted Outdoorgear4u to see when it would be arriving. The response I received was helpful, courteous and, most importantly, quick. Sure enough within 10 days or so the tent was with me on the date they said it would be.

I suddenly realised with 2 weeks to go that my son needed a sleeping bag for his D of E expedition (bronze level). I wqas able to find the D of E recommended one on your website. I odered it and arranged the standard first class delivery. My bag arrived promptly 2 working days later. Would definitely recommend you to my friends as I was impressed with your range of products, prices and efficient delivery.
