New Owner - new Game!
Looks like, that the owner of Outdoormarket changed.
Got a very polite answer on my first comment on trustpilot, and they immediatly retourned my money back!
Needed some time, but now everthing ist allright.
When somebody ist interested, what happened before, then read below,

what happened:
Ordered on 14.11.21 Product was in Stock, but wrong, the same as other customers.
Wrote an email one month later at dec 2021, got the answer, it will arrive shortly...
I sent again an email on 26.05.22: "Send my order, or give me my money back", the answer was: "Dear Customer,
The delays accumulated on your order and on others we have in charge is due to persistent delays in the procurement of raw materials by the producers, which consequently spread over the entire supply chain of goods, blablabla....."
No other answer, no money!
I placed a last email on 18.11.22:
"Dear Mr. Ceccarelli,
it´s now over 1 year, that I placed my order.
I´m not interested anymore to wait any longer.
Please cancel my order immediately, and refund my deposit, otherwise I initiate legal action.
sincerely ....
Nothing happened, not even an answer.... until now 09.02.23!!!!
Never again this shop!
Never anything from Italy again!
I learned my lesson!

Scammers
Do not order from them. Marked product in stock but it is wrong, and then asks you to pay double the price to send it to you. Don't answer emails, keep the money. First and last time I order in Italy, I should have guessed. Run away
