I recently bought and then returned some spare parts for a ride on truck from them. They were very difficult to contact and took numerous emails to get a response, then after following their instructions they received the tracked return and stopped responding, so had the parts back and kept the money.

Chris was able to help me in a timely manner after receiving a faulty item.

Got the Patagonia jacket and it is fine. The problem is with Outdoorplay's return publicity. The policy is all returns must be within 14 days or ordering not delivery. It took five days to arrive, I was out of town so I had two days to make a decision. I did not biuy it to return it but when there is a problem, I would like a reasonable amount of time to evaluate and react

I ordered a Patagonia jacket and it was shipped via FedEx to a post office for further delivery. After two weeks when it didn't arrive it was a situation where FedEx blamed the USPS and vice versa. OutdoorPlay Customer Service said it wasn't there problem but the carrier. I reminded them that they picked the carrier and also selected a multiple carrier method fraught with potential problems. I was forced to wait a month before they would issue a refund. This was my first experience with OutdoorPlay and I felt their Customer Service was second rate. Very business like and no apology or empathy for their failure to deliver. I was offered no discount or perk on a future offer for the inconvenience. Probably my last experience with them.

I had a return switch-a-roo event (someone got my replacement item, they got mine). The corrective action by Outdoorplay staff was quick and they answered all my questions. I got my correct replacement rushed to make my trip.

I hadn’t ordered from Outdoorplay before so I was a little cautious. My order arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. I had a UPS tracking number along the way. And the cherry on top was a very competitive price!

Fast service, had to send the wrong size back and was no problem with credit and exchange. Great company service.

I bought La Sportiva RSS Glacier Evo boots some time around 2010. I've needed them more this winter than the last few that's for sure! I was just putting some leather conditioner and new laces on them tonight when I took a really close look and realized that these boots are still mechanically in perfect condition. I brushed on the conditioner and literally help them under the kitchen faucet, and the water just ran right off. You could stand in a 4-in deep puddle and your feet wouldn't get wet. I just noticed tonight that the tongue is removable, I never noticed this before because this is the first time I've conditioned them. These boots are so good that I went out of my way to find the closest thing that La Sportiva makes and leave this review. Don't even worry about the price because these boots will last two generations. Just hope they have the same size feet:)
Edit: I bought the RSS Glacier Evo boots after I got a pair of less mountain oriented La Sportiva boots. They were so comfortable that a week later, I bought an identical pair, and I still have both. These boots are now 20 years old, they have a lot of miles on them and besides the soles, they're in excellent condition. These ones are called Trango Trek GTX and I've been looking for a similar replacement from La Sportiva for the last 5 years with no luck. Unfortunately I can't upload pictures of either the RSS or the GTX boots? Bummer.

Updating Review. I originally gave one star due to shipping. It took 26 days for my Kayak Paddle to arrive which is quite a long time, so there's that.
On the Kayak Paddle itself I give it a five star. Exactly what was describe and was looking for.
I will say they had great customer service. They answered every time and no bots, You talked to a actual person. Other than the shipping issue which I was told they are trying to rectify I rate Outdoor Play as a 4 Star.
