Buttons have been a steady complaint

Buttons have been a steady complaint. 8 broke on a 1 yr old shirt including replacement buttons sewn inside! They said they don't have any extras and I should take it to a tailor and file a claim. They have buttons for new shirts, right!!

These products are absolute garbage

These products are absolute garbage. High dollar junk. Every shirt we've received from them is falling apart. They've sent us so many buttons for the Blanket shirts that now they are out. DO NOT BUY

Received 1/2 my order but the email…

Received 1/2 my order but the email they sent shows I received all of it. I am currently trying to get in touch with them to get my 2nd shirt or a refund. The shirt I did receive I like very much. It is a simple button down, nice cotton material, and I like the cut. I've placed two orders with Outerknown. The first one arrived with everything included. I liked the tops enough to order two more (on sale). If I don't get a response I will try filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I am, Mr. Mislead.

I walked into their Outlet store, noticed everything was 60% off, and the vibe was chill. Noticed this one sweatshirt hanging up that I liked, but it wasn't available in my size. Asked the salesperson if they had a website, and she said yes, but everything on the website was more expensive. So, with that being said, I purchased a set thinking I was getting the best deal. Until I returned home to check their website. The same items I bought in store were 64% off on their website, plus on my emailed receipt, one of the items was a "final sale". They never made that clear to me in the store, and won't accept accountability, regardless of how much I tried to point out their mistakes! This company lacks transparency, and they do not stand on good business practices.

Another company that doesn't follow…

Another company that doesn't follow their own privacy policy. Customer preferences don't seem to matter to them. So when you ask them to stop sending you unsolicited marketing, they'll just ignore you and continue to send it long after you ordered. DO NOT give these people your contact information as they will view it as a commodity to exploit. I regret ordering anything from them and will never repeat the mistake.

Asked to get a catalog mailed to me…

Asked to get a catalog mailed to me through their website, and never received anything but tons of promotional e-mails ! Tried to complain on the customer feedback contact form, but couldn't submit my comment because of ever failing re-captcha ...

Don't know about their products yet, but these guys should learn what retail is and what customer experience means.

The quality of their shirts are on par…

The quality of their shirts are on par with the likes of Filson or Pendleton. The Blanket shirt is top notch. The sizing is kinda ehh. L is kinda tight..XL is huge..Took a little while for delivery. It will be the most comfortable flannel you'll own, guaranteed. Love, love the fabric. Chick's compliment the hell out of it. Awesome timeless patterns. Should be 90, though..not 140. But I guess you pay what you pay. They do offer a $30 referral for new customers, but not until you dont know about it and already have told your buddies, who then buy their own gear and you're screwed. I don't hold resentments. Good luck, hope it helps.
