Do not order from them. I ordered a NZXT X62 watercooler and received a X52, when I contacted them about it they had me go through a return process which I had to spend $20 of my own money to send the product back and that was 2 weeks ago still haven't received the refund.

My grandson is building a computer for gaming. I being 62 have NO idea what that entails. I wrote customer service and got Alton. He took the time to help me get a small list started for ordering. Excellent customer service !!!

Ordered a specific drive from what they had pictured to match another drive I have. They sent me some garbage drive and had to file a claim with paypal to get my money back. This company is simply pathetic!

i had lots of doubts before ordering my Surface laptop 16MG 256 GD, because i was afraid to loose my money, and that computer isn't cheap.
I received the rigth product, in 24 hours after the order. in an unpacked box.
the discount from the other stores in Portugal and this one was huge! More then 500€.
i really can't believe I got my super computer, and so quicky.

What an awful company. Took twice as long to get parts from them. Their support team is unapplogetic and their website is unaccomidating. Do not order from them if you can help it. Go anywhere else first. I cant even actually tell you how bad they are as this website has a language filter.

just ordered pc parts, said free shipping in several places but you dont get free shipping unless you find and check the little box.

Ordered multiple components from 4 different vendors on a Sunday night. By Wednesday all my components had arrived except from this vendor. Slow to process, slow to ship and when called out on it blames payment processing times. Funny how every other vendor has no problem processing and shipping within 1-2 business days.

If you'd like your order shipped in a timely fashion DO NOT USE OUTLET PC.

The rubber meets the road when you have an issue and the circumstances are gray at best. I have to give full credit to Alton and OutletPC for their integrity and sense of what is fair. I could have easily been left hanging, but Alton and company came through for me. These are the kind of folks you want to do business with. Thank you Alton and Outlet PC, outstanding!

I have been dealing with Outletpc for I believe 10 years now. I have always gotten exactly what I need for my computers and other electronic needs. I have never had trouble returning items that did not suit my needs. I live in Las Vegas, and have used their services when my laptop crashed or had an issue with a flashdrive failing. I have referred many, many people to them throughout the years and have always been thanked for doing so. I have never had anyone say to me that I steered them wrong.

Will literally lie about items not meeting their stated specs, and try to charge for returns. I suggest you go with a trustworthy company like amazon or newegg. Worst customer service!

Got a few parts through OutletPC while building a computer. Once I got all the parts together and put everything together there were some issues getting the BIOS up and was able to figure out it was my processor. Customer support was very patronizing and insisting that it couldn't be any of the parts and even if it were the processor it must be because the pins were bent and if so they wouldn't cover it. I eventually sent it back after the recommendations of multiple other people however OutletPC would not cover shipping costs, I was only able to figure out that it had arrived because of my UPS tracking number and once it had arrived they wouldn't give me any updates on the process. After 7 days I started calling them to make sure everything was okay and to check on what was going on but they still wouldn't give me any answers. 5 days went by and a few more phone calls to the point where I decided to get in contact with their sales which were completely more competent and helpful than the people meant to be getting back to me about my defective parts. The parts were defective, covered for exchange and had been ready 3 DAYS prior(still 9 days after having gotten there) and that he could have it shipped that day and take 2-3 days to get back to me. The package didn't leave until the end of the next business day and took an additional 6 days to arrive. Newegg covers shipping and has received, checked, and replaced defective parts of mine in the past in under a week and it took nearly a month and an outrageous amount of shipping fees for the same thing from OutletPC.

Not only did they send a 1 ounce envelope (my items were supposed to be in BOXES and would probably weigh 4 pounds), to the WRONG address, but the garbage customer service representative told me there was nothing he could do, to call my bank then ACTUALLY hung up on my face.

I called them back, was put on hold for 25+, then was cut off the call. I redialed and was put on loop forever, which I can only assume means they banned my phone number.

I filed a chargeback case through my bank, and wasted over 3 hours of my time between phone calls.

If you enjoy being treated like crap and being out of your money for a while, then this company is for you.

Spend the extra $5-10 per item and buy from Amazon.

Terrible customer service!

My wife purchased an SSD by for me as a gift and got the wrong kind. There is no way to cancel your order once placed. You have to wait until their phone support over seas is open. Speak to someone who you can BARELY understand and get treated like crap. In the event of a return you are responsible for the return shipping even if you simply mark the package "Return to sender."

The customer service rep I contacted on 03/12/2019 at 3:12PM EST was rude, interrupted me every chance she got and offered me no help at all. I think I'll stick to Amazon where their customer service is MUCH better.

Bought some Cpu Arctic Silver thermal paste from these guys. It was stated as 2.7grams. I buy this brand all the time from newegg - usually 1.7grams. I received the supposedly 2.7grams from outletpc and it is literally 3x smaller then the 1.7grams amount I ordered off of new egg. These guys blatantly false advertise products, write fake reviews, and delete the bad reviews. I know this because I posted a comment to warn people not to buy the product because it was falsely advertised and very misleading, and of course, they never allowed it to post/deleted it! Scammers. Don't shop outletpc.

Ordered a CPU for $180 from these fishy guys. Big mistake! A week later an empty envelope arrived. I called them about the problem. Their representative Mike promised to fix the issue and requested additional information.

Two days after providing the info, I phoned back. Same Mike was rude, hung up on me and banned my phone number. I haven't been able to reach them via my phone ever since.

Several emails later, I received the only reply "Please file a claim with your bank regarding this shipment."

So I did. A chargeback is now in progress along with a consumer complaint to the FTC.

Do not waste your time buying from outletpc! The only thing they'll deliver is a headache! There are better options like Amazon and Newegg.

Do not reply to emails and lied about shipping dates .
I paid extra for expedited shipping as I needed it ASAP and still not received item a week later .

Whole company is stiller.i order laptop and they send me plastic fan.and when I ask the company they said they didn't sent it.and they stole my $711 dollar..never ever but anything from this company.this is a big time sacme.....beer carefulll.....I hope somebody report them aginst.so company will close.and they don't cheat any body else...

"Purchased - CPU for 396.33 - realized before I received in the mail that it was not what I needed and called to hopefully stop order from shipping. Order was in the mail...got RMA # same call and shipped back to them NDA the moment I received...order and return placed December 10, 2017....never received refund.
emailed and asked about refund and was told there was an accounting mix up and they asked for a # they could reach me so they could sort out. Gave number and have never heard back....even sent another email asking if I should just rack this up as a rip off....not response....it is now May 1, 2018....."

"I bought a brand new CPU from this company. But they sent me a used CPU. So, I returned it immediately after filling out their RMA. But they only gave me a partial refund. They don't sell anything, they send garbage to force you to send back in order to keep some money for restock. I do not recommend using this company in the event you get a defective product and above all to buy from it."
