Package of product damaged
I had purchased a christmas gift for my husband online. The package of the product was opened and damaged due to it not being sufficiently packaged before posting. Very disappointing as it was a gift and lowers the visual quality of what one expects to receive.

I rate this 3 stars, i got an incomplete item. And customer service was somewhat slow to respond and i had to write them multiple times before i got this resolved.
The delivery was fast tho.
