I've ordered from this business twice. All products I received were as described. They put a cedar disc in each cashmere wrap bag to protect it; I thought this was a very nice touch. The packaging was very nice also. I received both orders quickly.

I was ordering a scarf for my friend
I was ordering a scarf for my friend. But the form did not give me a method to input her address instead of mine. Then to top it off - no phone to call for a quick change! Grrr...now I have no reply from the email to see if the company changed it for me. If not - I will not be happy.
