Bad Packaging and Customer Service

I purchased a scarf as a Christmas gift for a dear friend. I expected this scarf to be nicely presented and delivered as it is not inexpensive. She received my gift and the box it was in was completely smashed and torn. I am so embarrassed. She probably thinks I got her some cheap scarf. I wrote to Ovcio and they basically had nothing to say. I am mortified. It was my first and only purchase from them. Very disappointed.

XMAS present scarves.

The scarves were packaged very well and arrived on schedule. This was important as they are XMAS gifts. I have several ovcio scarves and love them. Thank you, Kathleen
