This company is selling defective Apple products
This company is selling defective Apple products, provides no terms and conditions other than an ambiguous '12 month warranty', refuses to accept liability, obfuscates and deflects any attempt to obtain a refund and instead tries to make additional charges to remedy issues that were present at the time of purchase. I have had the misfortune to purchase 2 laptops from them and both had similar issues. A full evidence backed review will follow once the complaints procedure has either been resolved satisfactorily or this proceeds to small claims court and further action. Be very careful before making any purchase, particularly if you are a student and cannot afford to lose money on defective and damaged products being sold as refurbished and 'as new'.
