I rang to query about how to add…

I rang to query about how to add Saturday delivery as it wasn’t showing up as an option , a fella said it’s on the purchase page I said give me a minute I’ll check where he promptly hung up the phone . Bit bloody rude really it still wasn’t an option I figured it out in the end , I’ve spent 100s with these this will be the last order I’ll make with them ! Can’t even help a customer out that’s trying to buy something for 800+ shame on you !!!!

Overclockers UK :Simply outstanding customer service!

OverclockersUK never disappoint. They deliver a very high level of customer service, there was a bit of a mix up with my order and subsequently I missed the sale deal but after leaving a web note (a service provided on the overclokersUK site for enquires post and pre order status) I was given the discount price on my system.

As for the item delivery was prompt (could track the movements of the delivery guy via DPD tracking service) the packaging was excellent, very secure not a chance of receiving damage in transit.
