Placed my first order with these jokers on the 11th September, noticed the review by Da.ve Ho.rne and decided that actually i don't think i dare risk ordering with these guys.

I emailed them less then five minutes later and asked for my order to be cancelled.

Problem solved right?

Wrong.

Imagine my surprise, the next morning i wake up not to a "it's cancelled" notice but a "it's shipped" notice.

Now where i work all emails are checked before orders are dispatched for piece of mind that no orders have been cancelled or amended in any way.

I did get a further email saying that they get "loads of good reviews" and "just a few bad" and that i can return the item at my expense.

Well congratulations your "few bad reviews" have just increased by one and i shall do my very best to make sure that no-one else suffers this kind of lack of service and i will make sure that my friends, family and business don't order from these guys.

Do yourself a favor and check out the review mentioned above and keep mine in mind also.

As a true computer expert I get excited looking at the way Overclockers offers higher end equipment - when so many competitors sell underpowered kit.

The problem is - it is too expensive.

And what is the idea of a £5 or £10 reduction for a £399 graphics card as part of a "weekly sale?" Do people really get excited about saving that little money.

Overclockers - keep up the quality but get out there and negotiate some real bargains for us! We want to give you the business, but you have to motivate us to buy NOW - because tomorrow it will be even cheaper AND more powerful.
