I like the product but the customer service is really slow.

Came in a fashionable time

Easy to track. It was here when you said it would be. It sleeps very well. Love the color,the softness and the bed is very sturdy. We got the medium size. Love it!

It arrived earlier than expected. After the first 24 hours of fluff time was over my teenage son camped out on it for 2 days. The feel of the fabric is really nice. It's like being on a medium firm bed. By far the most comfortable sofa I've ever owned. Definitely a great lounger. Would highly recommend.

The shipping was fast and ordering was easy. Overall, we are pleased with our couch. It supports myself (200 lbs), my husband (308 lbs), and our son (270 lbs), and does not sink or squish anymore than regular cushions. The only downside has been that the firm back support is only about 5 inches high, so it digs into your back without any support. The pillows that were supposed to be back support did not puff up, and remained only about 3 inches thick. We did have to buy pillows from the store to create a more comfortable back to the couch, or we would be sitting with our backs touching the wall. However, given the price of the couch and the overall comfort, we are still happy we purchased it.

I bought this sectional for my teen children to chill on in the playroom and it is so comfortable they love it and the round chair is a great chair to sit and read a book on all very comfortable and came faster then i expected

The quality of my item is great and the timeframe and delivery was amazing as well. However, there was one piece of the furniture that was defected and needed to be replaced, I still have yet to receive the replacement piece or a follow up on the replacement piece in which it has been over 3 weeks of waiting.

So far it isa great quality for the price. The foam is firm and I barely sink into it

Buyers need to be able to buy individual pieces to fill out more space. I was told that you only sell them as kits because of color swatch, but I don't care about the difference. I just wanted to buy an extra center boneless piece. But, if you don't want my money then...

I really love the furniture and so does my Husband. Delivery was a late but we understood due to the holidays

I contacted them via email about a problem with a piece of outdoor furniture. They responded promptly. I received the replacement piece within a week. I was really surprised to get it so quickly, especially because it was two days before Christmas. I also bought my husband a faux fur bean bag couch, which is really very comfortable. We will definatly buy more furniture from them.

I ordered the 114' faux leather Cloud Sectional Sofa. It arrived within 7 days and was super easy to open and unwrap. It truly is crazy how they are able to compress them so small. The sofa did need about 72 hrs to fully inflate. It was a little concerning at first to see it be super wrinkly. Its extremely comfortable and perfect for taking naps. I love that the sofa is all one piece so there are no gaps for stuff to fall into or cat hair to accumulate. I have a few cats and was looking for something that is easy to wipe off and won't get hairy or get stained.

I had ordered one about six months ago and it fluffed up SOLID which was GREAT. I ordered a large set for the living room and 9 days after boxing it has fluffed out to maybe 85% and just soft all over not solid. I have patted punched kicked and flipped all the pieces to no avail. I tried putting a back cushion in the dryer first w/out heat then with heat --no joy. $1200 later I just want this set to FLUFF UP!!

Excellent quality and perfect fit. Easy to put on and looks good on my porch. I’m very happy with my Ovios furniture and these covers are a great way to protect it.
