Always exceptional, all my orders have been on time, this time my order was a little late, I was surprised to get a phone call from Owen Drew asking if my order had arrived, it hadn’t, they immediately apologised and said another would be in the post, it arrived the next day with a lovely surprise of Calm wax melts 😍 the mere fact I got a phone call made my purchase feel so personal, I absolutely love everything I have bought and received as presents from Owen Drew, they are simply the best!

On this occasion I called into business and not surprisingly met with Excellent Customer Service & Professionalism. This has always been maintained throughout my experience with Owen Drew. Love love wax melts last so long and can smell scents in house for days after use. Every Home should have a scent from superb selection !!!!!
