Great car dealer

Just bought a car for my daughter. I found Andy to be very open and honest. Very pleased with the car and the service received.

Biggest mistake of my life

Biggest mistake of my life
Under new management now or should i say younger brother who dont have to a clue about customer service.
Only went to this dealer as my sister brought 2 cars from here and they obviously Wasn't sold by the younger brother because the older brother is way too professional and took his business seriously while he was still running it long story short brought a corsa wasn't driving the car I purchased for the 1st 2 month due to waiting to sell my old car privately which worked better then the one I had brought once I had sold old car I still had 1 months warranty which was originally 3month then everything went down hill the corsa that I started finally using kept breaking down on me every couple of weeks even started making noise and people would turn around it was a real head Turner for all the wrong reasons how embarrassing finally had someone to look at it and was told the car was a right mess so I spent £200 onces and then £350 And once spending all that guess what happened it broke down AGAIN this time the engine had a rebuild costing me another £600 so I'm now covered in debt and still need to pay for some of the work thats been done in the past so I was left using public transport for 5 and half months and still paying for a car that I did not even drive for 6months almost caused a problem in my relationship please aviod!
