They have absolutely nothing

They have absolutely nothing, granted its only % dollars, but i searched 8 different properties in Newport Beach and Irvine CA, and they had nothing. they just took my money, and wasted my time.

This site is nothing short of a thief. I have tried for months to cancel my account but yet they continue to steal a monthly fee from me. Stay far away from this site if you can.

I too was billed a week later after…

I too was billed a week later after requesting the same day that I signed up and canceled. I called the company and also emailed them but was still billed. They never even acknowledged my email with a response. So, how do I proceed if they don't answer their phones or
emails? BBB? I would give them no stars but that is not an option.

NO INFORMATION ON THE SEARCHED ADDRESS!

After typing a complete address, the site went running, simulating is was retrieving informations for the property.
Then started collecting my personal information, and after that showed me trial payment options of $1.00 and $5.00 (just trial options) to download their complete report. I opted for the $5.00 one, and payed with Apple pay. Only then I was able to hit the download button, to get that one report. The answer was NO INFORMATION ON THE SEARCHED ADDRESS! Lost $5.00, and confidence on ownerly.com !!!

If you are seeing no results for your property search, please first check to see that you have entered the address correctly. If you were trying to search an apartment or suite, please try searching without the apartment number to return any data we have about the building. If we do not have any results for a property, we do not currently have any data for the address you searched. Did not cancel my subscription the first time I asked it to be. Charged me for a full year before actually getting through to someone to finally cancel it. And only refunded me 2 months.

If I could put zero I would

If I could put zero I would. This company will steal your money and then have the hardest time trying to get it back and get a subscription you never agreed to cancel. They have scammed my Mon out of over 500.00 and I'm still trying to cancel it.

This company is deceptive.

This company is very deceptive. After a small fee. The monthly fee rose to $41, for total of over $600. No calls or notifications,very unprofessional.
Lesson learned. A rebate would be nice.

Scammers

I was alerted by my bank that a company named Ownerly LLC was attempting to charge $34.95 and it wanted to know if this was a legit obeys charge and I told them I’d never even heard of it . I looked it up only to see that it had scammed many other unsuspecting people . I wrote the BBB because I was worried and wanted to report it and b the V company replied that I had set up an account ! I have never even heard of it ! I a neither buying nor selling a house. I receive a monthly market report from Zillow that tells me everything I might want to know about the home I own so why would I pay an outlandish sum of money to this company for something I already know ? I am
So angry about this and now need to spend an inordinate amount of time canceling cards etc because of this . I’ve b asked them how exactly this came about but they won’t answer the question. I’ve also asked them to remove my information from their system and not sell my B inform sell my information but they have yet to assure me. From what I can tell , this company makes its money by having people pay $1 for a report , having them without their knowledge agree to a recurring subscription and then sell their information without their knowledge . Horrible .

I wanted to find the history of my home. I paid $1 for a trial subscription. I never got the info and found out that I was being charged $40/month as an unneeded subscription.

If specific updates to your property was not recorded with the municipal office it is possible that the data may be unavailable to us.

Our data partners calculate estimates off their Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), which should not be used in lieu of a specific, live, on-site appraisal. You would need to have a physical appraisal partner who would go to the property and appraise it. Ownerly data is a great point of departure, but many variables exist in home valuation and we cannot guarantee that data sources will always be fully complete, accurate or predictive of actual sales and costs.
