They claimed there were no up front fees!

I approached this company because of their ad to help you exit from your timeshare at no up front cost. I was connected to a sales person named Patrick and the first thing he did was to send me a contract to sign so they could start withdrawing money from my bank account. He is like the worst used car salesman you could imagine, talked in circles, told the same stories over and over again and when I questioned their approach or asked for more information he basically said I must not be smart enough to understand. Regardless I allowed them to work their magic and get me out of my timeshare. After a couple of months I received a letter from them saying 'our processing department has completed and registered all documents regarding your account......Now that you have parted ways with your former assets...." Well it turned out they didn't do anything, they never filed any paperwork with the County or contacted the management company for the timeshare. When I called to ask more questions Patrick said that maybe I should not be their client if I didn't like what they had done, which as far as I knew was nothing. He looked at my account and told me they had withdrawn two payments and then stopped so they didn't follow through even though they sent me the letter saying everything was completed. I told him I wanted my money back since they did not follow through. He sent me a release and said once I signed that they would process a refund. The release basically said I don't have any rights or recourse against them and could not say anything negative about their company. I did not sign the release and have not received my money back. This is my experience and I would warn anyone else who is considering using them to be very careful and demand more transparency and followup.
