Very friendly service, top quality facilities, high quality cricket equipment, overall a really nice cricket centre to go to.

Phoned up to ask availability of a very well priced cricket equipment. Needed it asap. It was with me less than 18 hours later. Superb.

Bought a pair of bowling spikes which turned out faulty. I contacted owzat was advised to return them and I received a full refund 2 days later without and hassle.I will definitely use them for my cricket gear from now on.

Very responsive and doing their best to deliver quickly. I ordered these only just a couple of days before a match. I dropped the team an email asking if they could get them in the post ASAP, and they responded quickly saying they'd get them out on next-day. Superb.

I have bought many products from Owzat-Cricket and always been more than satisfied with all products I have purchased. Recent item needed an exchange just before Xmas. Amazingly Paul managed to get the product to me in record time. Superb customer service , friendly and went beyond my expectations.

Really poor service and refund
Took a while to get a jumper which was advertised and it had a badge on from a random club. It didn’t suit and the size was small - they wouldn’t refund it.
I wouldn’t use them again and would urge others not to.

Ordered a pair of bowling boots. Great price and delivery was speedy. Unfortunately the boots ended up being faulty so had to request a refund. Their customer service and response was fantastic; no quibbles and refunded me. I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Great shop service is amazing. Used other online cricket stores who have been awful. Owzat were prompt courteous and the goods were sent very quickly would highly recommend

Ordered an England new balance polo shirt. £40 everywhere o ly £35 on this site. Ordered 3pm Friday got the t shirt delivered on the Tuesday.

Sizes as described too. Great service.

Amateur company, price their bats up at full RRP in the store I visited but then bargained down to the web price. Some people will have paid full RRP I am sure. Not ethically correct IMO.

Excellent and personal customer service. Always fast delivery and the product is always perfect. Have been using them for years now and have absolutely no complaints at all.
