Poor Customer Service.
On 3 occasions have tried to place an order for the "immune" and each time the following message appears:- "Field format error- This transaction cannot proceed due to either missing information or invalid 3-D secure authorisation values. As far as I could check there was no missing information. I have experienced a similar issue previously. This is not a customer friendly process ; particularly for more mature customers.

No problem with the auto repeat service…
No problem with the auto repeat service but it's hassle every time to get the rewards deducted from the total. I would like to be able to say please do it automatically as with the repeat orders.

I order a regular supply of vitamins for hair. Very happy with the result. I have accidentally ordered an extra supply a few days ago and wrote a message to the company. They swiftly dealt with the matter and cancelled it. Very good service. I would recommend the company.

Why is the website so complicated to use ? Old style or simply badly made ? Any order cancellation is nearly impossible - why? Any change of orders is complicated - why ?

Our billing notification email goes out 3 days in advance before the charge. It is possible to introduce any changes before the payment goes through.

well where do I start
well where do I start? My products which I order regularly were sent to the wrong name and the wrong address and got lost. despite spending time to track them down, i could not do so. On the plus side another set of products were sent: how did my name change on an established account? No idea? Maybe an old address was not changed but the name??
