I suffered from hair loss and thinning hair since I was a teenager and it was aggravated by an illness. As a woman it has been a great aesthetic and self-esteem problem. Thanks to TRX-2 I have managed not only to greatly reduce my hair loss but also to regrow my hair. I've been using it for three years now and I don't think I'll stop.... Quality price I recommend it 100% and with any questions the staff is very friendly.

The package arrived in due course; however, I had to pay taxes (CHF 60.-) in order to receive your goods.
It may not be your fault, but it is annoying. It was neither part of the bill nor did I expect to pay this high amount to the Swiss authorities.
So, in the future, I'llI try to find other ways to buy your products..

I remember the website offered a moneyback guarantee. I bought 5 bottles at $75 each with absolutely no results. When I contacted customer service, they said the guarantee only covers unopened bottles, which to me is a refund and not a moneyback guarantee. This means to me that they do not stand by their product. I will never buy from a company that offers a guarantee and then says only if the bottle is unopened.

For some individuals, the first results appear as early as 12 weeks. For others, results are not apparent until 8-12 months after the initiation of treatment. However, in the majority of customers, first visible results are expected after 5 months.
While most of our customers do experience results between 6-10 months, those who have been suffering from hair loss or thinning for a longer period of time may take longer to have their potassium channels stimulated by the ingredients of TRX2.
According to our study, 87% of men and women experienced possible results over time. However, there are individual cases when improvements simply do not occur even after a prolonged period of time. This is due to the complex nature of hair loss in general and due to individual factors and circumstances.

I love their products!
I love their products!! I have been using them for a while and have also helped with other skin issues that I have, seborrheic dermatitis.
It keeps my scalp and skin healthy.
Lately, I had an issues with a lost/ misplaced order and they totally refund me/ sent me a new one!!
Great customer service!
The only issues or complain I have is that they need to improve their call center customer service. Sometimes you just really need to speak with someone and after several attempts (days) of getting the same message “ No support agents are currently available”, that became annoying as I couldn’t reach anyone.
If you’re going to offer a phone number and call service then have people answer the phone, otherwise don’t offer and just provide a chat box ;)
