Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, would use them again

Rob sorted out our IT issues, he explained what the causes were and what we needed to do to rectify matters. Office communication when arranging appointments was great, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Home wifi fixed. Having lots of problems, Oxford IT sorted quickly and courteously. So pleased it is all working so well throughout the house.

I've used Oxford IT off and on for years, both at work and at home. During my most recent experience, Rob immediately fixed something Microsoft had been wrestling with (unsuccessfully) for almost a fornight. He has ALWAYS been excellent; I can't rate him highly enough. He has set up software, hardware, and fixed hiccups.

Efficient and friendly service

Having experienced several weeks of email issues with my previous provider it was refreshing to speak with a team in none techno language who understood my problems and resolved them in a couple of days.
