What can I say, ordered 5 weeks in advance as recommended, 1 week before delivery date phoned for an update, Carl the so called manager screened my calls for a couple of days, I finally got through to the owner who finally got Carl to answer one of my calls.
No panels as they have had issues with the insulation supplier( reading other reviews not the first time this has happened!)
Agreed a further delivery date further into September, as previous, called a week before to get an update on the delivery, Carl screening my calls again!!!!!! It took an email threatening legal action and me promising to picket the factory before he would answer.
NO PANELS AGAIN, the factory had issues with flooding, was the reply when Carl finally answered a call.
We arranged a date 2 weeks from the call, I rearranged my leave again to start the build.
Called one week before the delivery, more screening, after calling Carl on all four numbers finally got through, NO PANELS AGAIN !!!!!! Same problem with their supplier, they could deliver some the 5 days later but not all, they would be the following day.
I changed my leave again after complaining to the owner that Carl shouldn't stick his head in the sand when things become difficult, I finally get a call on the promised delivery day, you guessed it NO PANELS again!!!
We can deliver some the following day, I eagerly awaited delivery only to receive a call from Carl( finally, customer management) they still have an issue with the supplier, they have insulation for walls and roof panels but not the floor. Not sure how you start a build from the roof down?
I suggested they swap the order and I use the thicker panels for the floor which was agreed.
So 2 days into my leave I get half the delivery with a promise of further delivery on the Monday, when did they arrive? Tuesday afternoon, apparently school half term and WFH are more important than customers who have had multiple delayed deliveries over numerous weeks.
I did get some free cuts and the larger panels for free, which did mean additional lumber purchase so no gain for me.
Top tip measure any cut panels I have a number that 'should' be the same length!
Also check the insulation grooves, poor cutting meant a frustated afternoon of fitting a final floor panel.

We had an initial meeting with Carl at their premises to discuss the design, we settled on a bespoke design to fit into the corner of our garden (which isn't square, quite an awkward shape). We were nervous of using a small company as we were pushed for time but were told it would take about 5 weeks. They supplied and fitted our building on the week promised, which was remarkably quick during a busy time of year when the weather was challenging! The fitting team (sorry don't know their names) were friendly, efficient and very tidy.
Overall a great service from start to finish

It's been 6 weeks now and we're still waiting for a refund. From product quality to delivery to custom service, everything with this company has been the worst, I have not had such rubbish experience with any business before. Shop elsewhere if your mental health is important to you.

Initially I was attracted by their locality, and then upon
contact, by the confident service I received. Price was
a little less important to me than the lead time quoted
and honoured ,of 3 weeks for the 4 x 3 SIPS kit. but a little bonus was a delivery fee of only £100 ,
rather than £400 other firms were charging.Even better it all slotted together 0into My Garden Room with very little fuss. Recommended.

Carl was very helpful throughout out the project. He offered cutting the walls for me to my measurements and he did a great job. Delivered on time and all fitted without any issue. Highly recommended. Thanks Carl and Oxfordshire SIPs again.

I've spent many hours researching SIP building techniques for my DIY Garden Office project and I've finally been able to put it into practice. I couldn't be more happy with the results, but also the excellent service I received from Oxfordshire SIPs. As a complete novice to SIPs I had lots of questions which the team took their time to explain to me. I can't fault the quality or service that was provided and I would highly recommend them
