Excellent customer service and product range! Would definitely recommend

I ordered some aluminium welding wire from them as I was in a rush and they claimed 1-2 days delivery. They marked it as shipped by "DPD untracked" the next morning. When it still hadn't arrived the day after that I messaged them only to be told it would be shipped by someone else and they would check what happened. By that point I had to by it elsewhere at a massive premium to get it in time... Now it has been 10 days and I still haven't received anything but another message from them that it was definitely arriving several days ago. Simply telling lies wherever they can...

They did not message me until days after I asked where the item is. Also: don't claim 1 day delivery if you do not have the item in stock, especially not if it is on backorder!

Product received looked nothing like what was advertised on the website, no interest in my thoughts and charged me a 20% re stock fee. They don't hold the stock and it comes from a third party. Use someone else !!

The products would have probably been fine, however after 5 days of messing about with DPD not delivering for various faults of their own, I cancelled. I tried to relay my messages to OWS but nobody was interested as statistically I'm an anomaly. I told them I cannot use them in the future as is. They simply remarked "thats fine".

Goods sent out, poorly and carelessly packaged, so some items arrived unuseable.
The response I received when I notified them was a joke, basically told me they were too busy to do any better!
Would I buy from them again...
...not until hell freezes over!!

Avoid like Covid. This company knackers up my order on there ebay page only to blame me. What a joke. Purchased an Argon regulator only to be sent a cheaper item.
