Absolutely terrible and highly unprofessional experience. This company is completely unreliable and feels like a total scam. I placed an order with a confirmed delivery date of 7th April, and even after making full advance payment, there has been zero delivery as of today (13th April).
What’s worse is their pathetic customer service — they keep sending the same copy-pasted replies again and again, claiming they are “reviewing the matter” and “will deliver on priority today.” This has been repeated multiple times with no actual action, just false promises and empty assurances.
This kind of behavior clearly shows lack of accountability, poor management, and complete disregard for customers’ time and money. Once they receive payment, they simply stop caring.
I strongly feel cheated and frustrated. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you don’t want to waste your money, time, and peace of mind, stay away from OYE Happy.

Such a pathetic service , I ordered a gift on 25th feb and paid extra 99rs to get it delivered by 27th Feb , since it was a birthday gift for my spouse . Today is 2nd March and the gift is not yet delivered and oye happy is not bothered to get this delivered at the earliest. They are just copy pasting the same old templates sorry for the inconvenience and we are closely working with the delivery partner. They are so closely working that they dont even know what is the cause of the delay, where is the shipment and when the delivery will be done. Waste of time and money

Very bad experience with Oye happy. I booked a product worth INR 4500 and they forgot about it till my wife's birthday. I ordered 4 days before my wife's birthday and it showed on the website that it will be delivered on time. They did not deliver even 2 days after her birthday and I requested to cancel it. They are not helpful at all.

Worst site and don't buy this at all.

They are a fraud company who dupes you. Please be aware. They don’t even let you share your feedback. For my photo frame they gave me only the frame and photos, no glass or back support

Paid ₹990 for what? A broken slingshot, a dented boat, a faded mug, a useless video game, and a bunch of cheap plastic junk. Even the airplane doesn’t work because the wings don’t fit. It’s like paying premium for a box of trash.
No quality check. No value. No way to even leave feedback on the website. Just flashy ads and zero substance. If this is your idea of nostalgia, it’s a joke—and not a funny one.
Ordered this for a milestone birthday, and it turned into a major embarrassment. If you can’t deliver quality, stop charging like you do.

Fraudsters!!! There system picked two addresses and now my order is found no where. Tracking service sucks! No customer support! No option to cancel & no way to get a refund. Absolutely horrible service. Waste of money

I oder before 5 October whose time show 10 October but now I tracking my Oder delivery in 11 oct I gift my wife on karvachot but my delivery tomorrow

Wrost Customer Support Services, I ordered gift for some special day but it was delayed by 5 days now this gift is of no use. and there is no human being to connect at their end only AI bots are working. Wrost services .....i don't recommend anyone to do order from Oye happy

Quality of their products is horrible..I don’t know how they are surviving in a market..I received damage mug..and they don’t even entertain the complaint. Absolutely waste of money..no customer care contact number

It's a fake don't order they promise to deliver the product but the product never came on time
I have ordered a teachers greetings card but till now I have not received the cards and the delivery date was 31-08-2025.
So please don't order anything from here.

I ordered a music photo frame from Oye Happy and it was a complete disaster. The frame didn’t work at all — no sound, no response — just a cheap, useless product. What’s worse? They have zero customer support and absolutely no refund policy, even when the product is faulty.

Honestly, it feels like a scam. For a brand that talks so much about happiness, they really don’t care once they take your money. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Oye Happy — there’s nothing happy about wasting your hard-earned money on junk.

I experienced troubles with a gift I ordered for my father and father-in-law. I uploaded two images for each order using the link I received via email, (because the "upload" option was not available during the order process). Unfortunately, these people did not receive it, and it was their fault that the link or was broken, unable to capture the details properly. Ideally, it should have been taken while placing the order, but their system had a flaw. And then, despite the fact that they had not received the image (due to their system error), they shipped the product that did not include my father's picture - a terrible waste of that frame in which I wanted my father's picture.
I expected a "Gitter shower," which didn't materialize because it didn't work when the box was open - another failure by the Oyehappy.
This was the first and last time I bought crap from this company!
If you decide to buy, be cautious.

Worst gifting I have ever seen.. spoiled my entire gift and birthday and when you tri d contacting them post payment they won't revert. Don't ever trust them

Oye happy haven't delivered my gift even after 3 days of ordering and is not even refunding the amount.

The experience with Oye Happy was great. They(Shadan and Team,Oye Happy) helped me with my order in each and every step. Their co operation was awesome. The response to my queries were quick. All my requests were fulfilled and it was delivered on time. Thank you so much for everything 👍Appreciate your efforts 😊

The gift was of good quality and there was continuous communication from the teams side via WhatsApp. Only problem faced was delay in delivery. Considering gift alone - Highly satisfied
Overall- Great Product, Logistics can be better
