Disgruntled customer

Not solid wooden shelves as described. Two broken. Let down by returns policyought the shelves through Teso Market…
Bought the shelves through Teso Market place.
The shelves were described as solid wood which swayed my purchase.
However they were MDF!!
Two had splits in them also!
Rang the company to ask them to send 2 new shelves, but no, I was told I had to return the whole set of shelves. I didn't have the time for energy for the whole return, so I kept them,, damaged.
Not bad quality once built, but disappointed ion the whole. False advertising tbf.

Broken Plastic cradle used to store/display was broken …
Plastic cradle used to store/display weights was broken in two places. I had to super glue the cradle to make it stand up. Don't know where the damage occurred but my guess is some mishandling during transit.

"I'm frustrated that despite ordering the same post box cage three times (twice from Amazon, once from Tesco), I've consistently received the wrong item. The one I ordered was pre-assembled, but the ones I've received are either the wrong size or flat packs.

A very versatile bit of kit.
Whilst using the wheelbarrow I realised that there are some features overlooked. Because of the stability it can be pushed/pulled with one hand. Extremely useful as I require the aid of a walking stick and can now use it whilst moving the barrow.
