Zero review. Zero customer service.

There is no customer service. I have been patient and very polite. They say nice things down they phone, the promise you they will sort the problem, they email nice email, I have even made a full complaint. Nothing happens, nothing is resolved, they do nothing but use empty words.
They say we owe thousands we do not. All they need to do is their job they are paid to do. I can say this company are out of there depth and I would never use again. The stress they cause is terrible. This issue has been going on since Jan/feb 25 and I getting nowhere. Please if some reads this who will sort this I will be more than happy. Sadly it will be all words no action.

Lying and unprofessional!

I needed an EPC certificate done as a matter of urgency and OysterEnergy agreed to provide it in a few days for over £700

Once received the payment the company provided us with a certificate but refused to provide details it was based on.

Our building is mostly using LED lights, energy efficient boilers and all windows are double glazed however upon request the company refused to provide measures that were included and taken into account when generating the score.

The owners approach was unhelpful, unprofessional and aggressive.

I would never use this company again and definitely do not recommend using them.
