We have had an appalling experience with OzHosting.
For weeks we have tried to contact them — by phone, email, and multiple support tickets — and have been completely ignored. Their credit-card billing system doesn’t work, yet they automatically threaten suspension instead of assisting customers to pay.
Our business email accounts (Microsoft 365) were suspended without notice, cutting off communication with customers and suppliers and causing major operational damage. We repeatedly explained the urgency of the issue, but no one ever responded.
Microsoft themselves have confirmed that OzHosting is listed as our CSP (Cloud Solution Provider), but they cannot intervene while OzHosting refuses to act. This has left us trapped with no access to services we pay for.
OzHosting’s conduct shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. We will be pursuing formal complaints with ACCC and NSW Fair Trading for breach of contract and failure to provide paid services.
If you value reliability, support, or even basic communication — do not use OzHosting.
