I asked if they have a certain offer on meat and the butcher said yes so I told him I’ll take it. I went to counter to pay for it and it was a completely different price. Manager came to speak to me and he completely had no regards for anything not even his personal hygiene, just dismissed me. Then Mr Ozmen have to walk in by chance and he was even worst at customer service he said sorry and just didn’t admit to being at fault or to say yeah we will honor the offer that butchers told you.

Your firth park branch staff behaviour not good to customers especially your long hair and beard staff.he also misbehaved with me.

The most unhygienic and dirty store located on 178-184 London Rd, Highfield, Sheffield S2 4LT I have ever seen in my life. Especially fresh products are stored unhygenic condition; all shelves and pretty nasty and and full of bacteria. They sell expired packed products. If you purchased it by mistake, they do not accept returns. This store should be closed immediately!

Horrible Customer Service
Usually buys All my African rice 🌾 and other stuffs in bags from this shop for over a decade now. However I got the shock of my life today when after buying stuffs worth more than £200 I noticed one of the 1.5kg semolina bag had a cut at the side so was leaking flour when I was putting it into the car. Came back to the till to ask for a replacement and was told it can’t be replaced, that once a good is paid for it can’t be replaced. Never in my life have I seen such horrendous customer service ethos. I left the bag at till and walk away. Though I know I am losing money at this tough time but I would rather go hungry than reward an horrendous customer service.

Extremely bad Experience. Bought oxtail meat along with weekly shop. Meat stank so bad when I got home I couldn’t bare to even take it out of bag. I called in to explain and the worse customer service in this world. Never ever again. I felt so bad. They need experienced customer service person. I will not go bad simply because they don’t look after their customers
