“Performance” Auto Parts Manufacturer with NO Quality Control

I ordered 2 catalytic converters from Pacesetter thru Carid.com (Don’t EVER use Carid.com) and one showed up with a manufacturing defect- they welded the wrong size bung for the thermistor. I thought “Wow, no quality control at this place”. For the return, I had to provide photos of exactly what was wrong with the manufacturing, so I did. I returned the defective part and they sent me another one with the EXACT SAME defect. My guess is they shipped out the same hunk of metal they sent me the first time. What was the point of me sending the photos if you weren’t going to look? I returned that one and they sent me a 3rd one. This one was defective in that they welded the wrong size pipe to the downstream side of the cat. So I called up Pacesetter directly to sort this out, and the Pacesetter rep said they did not want to remanufacture this part a 4th time and I should take it to a local muffler shop to have them resize the pipe. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????
