By far the most horrible customer service I have ever witnessed! My products came to my house and they were damaged, it was clear since the box itself was drenched. The mail carrier sent it back to sender and I have never received my money back. I’ve been trying to reach out for 3 months now. 1 cs agent confirmed the receipt of the products in their warehouse… we are talking about an order of 260 dollars.

I love their skin care and body wash. I’ve been using almost a year now. Doesn’t break my face out. Not to strong of a smell on any of their products. And I love that’s is Vegan And Cruelty Free. 💯 I will always continue to use. I have almost the entire vegan collagen collection, and adding more as they come out with more. One more thing. I love love the rewards program.

Pacific products caused my facial skin to break out with large red spots. The packaging is very poor. Liquid products are not coming through the pump. They are too thick requiring that the pump be removed and Q-tips inserted to remove the product.

I bought this product because I wanted more ocean themed / scent skin care, as I personally find it refreshing on my skin when I go to the seaside & wanted something like that to bring home. It lathers wonderfully so you wouldn't need to use a lot but the scent smells like play dough, and after the 1st use my skin was beautifully bright (I'm pale & I love blooming pale skin) however I'm almost a week in to using their product (Pacifica Sea Foam) & my mouth & jaw area have become super dry & scale like. When I first saw the product, I made sure to read reviews & they all were positive. After my skin started to dry, I did a little more digging & found that other people are experiencing the same & worse! Dry, red skin, tears in skin, and some with swollen eyes & lips! I'm going to contact them directly but from other reviews here, doesn't seem like they'd care... approach this brand with caution!

Between my husband and I, we have spent over a thousand dollars on Pacifica Beauty products since July 2020. For medical reasons, I switched to their products since they are 100% vegan, but my most recent order has left a bad taste in my mouth and questioning my decision to start using their products. My most recent order contained a new bottle of sunscreen to replace the one that I currently have that will expire in May of this year. Because of medical reasons, I must wear sunscreen when in the sun and wanted to be proactive to stock up for the coming summer months. When I got my order this week, I looked at the expiration on the sunscreen and it expires May 2022 as well. So in two months and before I even have chance to use it, the product will expire and I cannot use a product beyond its shelf life as the protection factor is no longer valid. I reached out to customer service and was told that it still has a shelf life of one month so there was nothing that they would do for me. Me being proactive caused me to waste my hard earned money. I am in disbelief and I am struggling with how you would even think that someone living on the East coast could possibly use the product before it expires. Guess this taught me a lesson about buying products from a west coast company.

Great products, very poor customer service! Does not provide a full refund for orders. Delayed shipment of a month for an order placed, package did not even arrive to my address, provided partial refund and expected customer to pay for shipping costs when the package was never received. This company is a total rip off despite the quality products.
Tip for consumers:
Waited over a month for an order that never even showed up. Be aware they will scam you for shipping prices and returns.

I bought the deodorant bundle and it make my underarms darker. I posted the review talking about my experience and they never posted. I love the vegan skin bundle tho, but I really think they should be more honest about their reviews.

So Pacifica recently posted on their Facebook page about ABORTION rights. Yes you read that right, abortion. Not sure why they think that belongs on a cosmetics company page. Seems like they want to go “woke” for clout. I wish they’d focus on beauty and leave their inappropriate politics out of it because they’ve alienated a large number of women - or should I say womxn, womyn, or people who menstruate?? Their customer service is also dismal, I wrote asking for a discount and they gave me conflicting info and then doubled down on their mistake. I also noted that they haven’t replied to any of their negative reviews here. In summary, they are passionate about abortion but not customer service.

Affordable, vegan skincare. I love the variety of skincare products that this brand has!! I’ve been using serums and face washes that work fantastic. The fact that this company does not exploit animals is extremely important and I am thankful for this. Only support vegan companies!

I purchased a facial serum from the vegan collagen line and didn't care for it. Not a big deal, everyone has different preferences and I personally found the fragrance to be overpowering.

After trying multiple times to leave product reviews on their website to share my experience, Pacifica deleted each review. These contained nothing vulgar or untrue, just my opinion... but I suspect they were deleted because they were single star reviews that Pacifica deemed unfavorable.

This lack of consumer transparency is problematic. If they are heavily policing a one-sentence review on their website, it makes me critically question whether I can trust any of their product statements... Because clearly they prefer favorable and curated statements over the direct and honest truth.

Imagine my delight when I found out I could purchase my beloved perfume direct from the US. Pacifica recommended carrier for the UK... Myus.com...Never again. 79USD all-in for shipping, over 25USD more than the products themselves! No support from Pacifica, a trusted brand, hmmm...

This company has great products and great customer service! I have never had any issues with my orders and when I contacted them about a problem I was having using a promo code they were very helpful and corrected the problem right away. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them. My favorite product is the lavender hemp makeup remover cloths. They are large cloths with the perfect amount of product on them to clean my face. They are gentle yet very effective and they smell so good! They are very reasonably priced and are the only ones I use now.

I absolutely love this company they are all natural vegan they do not test on animals and I absolutely love all of their products and continue to buy more and more all the time I fully support this company I would recommend them to anyone
