After submitting an inquiry on their website I talked to an actual person who followed up and helped me select the right product for my needs, and was there throughout the process for questions and help. I even had to call him the day of install with a question. Very helpful, highly recommend. I am homeowner, not a contractor and I installed these with help of a handy husband.

Amazing Customer Service!
Ordered product and shipped timely, unfortunately somewhere in process the SKU# got mixed up and we received the wrong product. One phone call, determined mistake, they got on it and the correct items arrived! Not many companies today follow up, fix errors and make things right like Pacific Columns did!
