I am delighted with the support received in that I had an emergency order and they were able to adjust their manufacturing schedule to meet my needs.
Over the years I have purchased a limited amount of straps needed to sucure flotation collars to our floating dredger pipelines. Our purchases have been limited as the fabric that comprises the straps rarely wear out and the buckles supplied rarely fail.
On the few times we have run out they have always done their very best to get additional straps to me within a few days and this has been well appreciated which is why I am very happy to give this company a 'glowing report'.
